These terms apply to use of kascas.com and purchases from kascas, operated by TIMBERCREST 93 GLOBAL TRADE LLC. They should be read with our shipping, refund, payment and privacy policies.

Products and fit

We sell kitchen drawer organizers. Read the selected size, color, dimensions, quantity and included items before purchasing. Drawer clearance, knife handles and spice jars can affect fit. Demonstration utensils and other props are not included unless expressly listed. We do not guarantee universal compatibility.

Orders and payment

Review your items, selected options, address and total before submitting an order. An order acknowledgment is not a dispatch notice. Contact us if any information appears incorrect. We will contact you if we identify an availability or order problem that requires a change or cancellation rather than silently substituting a different product.

Changes and delivery

Request changes or cancellation promptly; a request requires our confirmation. See the Shipping Policy for delivery and delay handling, the Payment Policy for charges, and the Refund Policy for returns and refunds.

Website use and intellectual property

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, misrepresent an identity or misuse another person’s information. Product and brand names identify their respective goods or owners. kascas does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or an official affiliation unless expressly stated.

Site assistance and disputes

If a page or checkout is interrupted, contact us rather than sending payment outside checkout. For an order concern or dispute, contact support@kascas.com with the order number and a description so we can review it. Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot be excluded under applicable federal or state law.
